Good for motivated starters, might be tough otherwise
I found the training and onboarding process to be quite efficient in terms of getting started quickly. The materials provided were clear, and within a few sessions, I was comfortable navigating the software and its features. However, I had a slight reservation concerning the pace; it felt a bit fast for someone who isn’t as tech-savvy or hasn’t worked remotely before. While the onboarding does cover essentials well, it expects you to be fairly self-motivated and adapt quickly. If you fit that profile, this could definitely work well and you’ll get going in no time. But if you require a more patient or stepwise approach with more hand-holding, you might find it challenging. The support team was available to assist, which helped reassure me. Overall, I think this training suits people who are proactive and ready to dive in, whereas those wanting more gradual steps might wish for a different setup.
