WFHI review

Good for methodical users, but frustrating if you need quick clarity

The onboarding steps in the WFHI software weren't quite arranged in a way that felt perfectly logical to me. On one hand, I appreciate that they try to lay out the process clearly with helpful tooltips and training materials, which made some parts easier to follow. However, I found myself frequently jumping back and forth between stages because some information only became available after completing steps I thought should have come later. For someone who prefers a linear, all-in-one overview at the start, this might be confusing and slow. If you like to work steadily through a predefined path, WFHI could suit you well. But if you expect a straightforward sequence without interruptions or surprises, you might find the support and communication around the steps a bit lacking.
