good for independent learners, less so if you want hand-holding

My experience with the training and onboarding was quite balanced. On one hand, I had access to a range of materials including video tutorials and written guides covering how to operate the calling tools and integrate the database. This helped set up the dialer and manage workflows without external assistance once I got through the initial steps. On the other hand, there was a noticeable lack of personalized onboarding or step-by-step walkthroughs which meant I had to figure out certain parts by trial and error, especially around linking the software with my existing processes. Automatic updates worked quietly in the background without causing disruption, which was good. The telephonic support was available if I needed it, but I found myself seldom reaching out as I preferred to explore and resolve things independently. I would recommend this system strongly for users who are comfortable with self-directed learning and have some technical familiarity, but those who expect more hands-on assistance might find it less suited to their style. The payment and registration process was straightforward and did not delay my start, giving no complications early on.
