Good for fixed schedules, might not suit flexible hours
The training and onboarding process at WFHI was well-structured and clearly designed to fit within regular working hours. I appreciated that the sessions were scheduled at consistent times, which helped me plan my day effectively. However, this rigidity meant that those like me, who often need to work irregular hours due to personal commitments, might find it challenging to participate fully. The course content itself was comprehensive and relevant, but the timing didn't always align with the hours I was actually available, leading to some frustration. I found that the automatic updates to the software kept the platform running smoothly, which assisted in applying what I learned during training to real tasks. While the invoicing and payment processes were straightforward and transparent, the support communication felt a little slow sometimes when I needed quick answers during onboarding. To sum up, the training would definitely suit those who can dedicate fixed hours daily but might not be as convenient for anyone requiring more flexibility or irregular schedules. It's an effective set-up but somewhat limited by timing constraints.
