Good for experienced users, not ideal for novices

Overall, the software partly met my expectations but also left me wanting in some areas. I was expecting a smoother onboarding flow that would guide me seamlessly through initial setup, but I found some steps confusing and not as intuitive as anticipated. However, the calling tools and dialer worked quite reliably once configured, which was a big plus. The database feature was useful, though it could be more customizable to fit varied workflows better. Automatic updates happened without much interruption, which I appreciated. Telephonic support was somewhat helpful but sometimes difficult to reach during my working hours. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward, with clear instructions, which helped minimize any billing confusion. I think this software would be more suitable for users who are somewhat familiar with remote workflow tools and can manage a fair bit of self-directed learning. It might not be the best fit for beginners looking for more hand-holding in setup and ongoing support. My experience was a mixed bag, but I see potential in what the product offers once the initial hurdles are overcome. If you know what to expect, you could make it work well enough for your needs.
