Good for detail-oriented users, not for quick setups
The software itself has a lot of useful features, but I found some of the wording and labels in the interface a bit confusing at first. For example, the terms used in the telephonic dialer and database sections were technical and didn’t always match what I expected from similar tools I've used before. That said, once I got past the initial terminology barrier, the functions made sense and performed well. I think this software suits users who are patient and detail-oriented, as it requires a bit of time to get familiar with the vocabulary and workflows. However, if you prefer user-friendly lingo or want fast, straightforward onboarding, this might feel overwhelming. The automatic updates did improve functionality without interrupting work, which I appreciated, but a glossary or simpler labels would enhance the experience. Overall, I’m on the fence because while it’s clearly powerful, the labeling could be more intuitive, otherwise the setup and invoicing run fairly smoothly.
