good for confident self-starters, might be tricky if you want too much hand-holding
I was pretty nervous starting out since this was my first real use of remote workflow software but the onboarding and training made me feel mostly ready by the end. They explained the calling tools and dialer well enough and I got how the database feature worked in practice. The only thing was, signing up and figuring out the invoicing took a bit longer than expected and I wished the payment process was more streamlined right away. This might be less of an issue for people who have used similar tools before though. All in all, the automatic updates and telephonic support gave me confidence that whatever questions I had later would be handled smoothly. It’s a solid option if you’re willing to navigate some early steps yourself, but if you prefer a white-glove experience, you might want to be prepared to spend some time getting everything set up on your own.
