Good for careful users, maybe not ideal if you rush things
I was a bit hesitant at first because I wasn’t sure how smooth the pre-purchase and sales process would be, especially if anything went wrong. In my experience, they handled things reasonably well. There was a minor hiccup during sign-up where I expected my payment to confirm faster, but the support team was patient in walking me through the issue over the phone. I’m thinking this system works best for people who don’t mind a bit of a learning curve and can manage some delays without stress. If you’re someone who needs everything instant and crystal clear from the start, this might not be the best fit. On the other hand, if you want software that updates automatically and has support ready when needed, it suits those who are willing to work through setup challenges. I liked that the training provided gave me some good insight into the workflows, and the dialer tool worked well after I got hang of it. So while it wasn't perfect, the experience left me wondering if it’s more for people who can adapt and take time to learn rather than expecting everything on day one without any problems. I would recommend it cautiously, depending on how you prefer to approach new software.
