WFHI review

Good for careful learners, not for rush hour types

Good for careful learners, not for rush hour types

I’ve gone through the WFHI training and onboarding quite a few times, so I’ll keep it brief. It definitely gave me the confidence I needed by the end, covering all essentials clearly. The pace was steady, and the trainers made sure everything was understandable, which means anyone willing to take time will find it really helpful. They set up the calling software, database, and automatic updates walkthrough systematically. However, if you’re looking for a fast, no-nonsense crash course, this might drag a bit. It suits people who want to be thorough and learn the system properly, not those expecting to jump straight into calls immediately. Payment and invoicing procedures were straightforward, which helped me focus more on learning the tools. So if you’re patient and serious about using the software effectively, it’s a good fit. I’d say it’s not ideal for someone in a real hurry or just wanting a quick overview.
