Honestly, getting through the sales process was far smoother than I expected. Often with software like this, you spend ages digging around just to find if what you want is even there. But here, everything felt pretty straightforward. The site and the pre-purchase info was clear enough that I wasn’t left guessing what was included or how the features might work. For someone who just wants the basics to manage remote workflows, this is probably fine. If you’re looking for something super advanced or customized, maybe it’s not ideal, but for average day-to-day stuff, it’s good. I’m tired of explaining this over and over to others because I feel like it’d suit a lot of people new to remote setup tools, but obviously not for everyone who expects fancy bells and whistles. Checking out the demos was helpful and sales queries were answered fairly quickly. The ordering and payment setup took a couple of retries but nothing too complex. Overall, I’d say this suits folks wanting a modest yet functional platform, but those with very specific or technical demands might want to look elsewhere.
