Good for beginners, not for advanced workflows
Hey! So I've been playing around with WFHI's software recently and honestly, it's quite different from the last tools I used. The sign-up and payment process was super straightforward, which I liked. But when it comes to the dialer and calling tools, I felt they’re a bit less flexible compared to what I used before. The database feature is decent, does its job well but might feel basic if you're used to something more advanced. Onboarding training was pretty easy to follow though. I think this software would suit someone who is new to remote workflows or just wants to keep things simple. But if you’ve got complicated stuff or specific workflow needs, then it might not be the best choice. Also, the support communication is okay but not super fast. So, weighing everything — if you're just starting out or want straightforward tools, WFHI could work fine. But if you want something with a lot of bells and whistles, maybe look elsewhere. Hope this helps!
