Good for beginners. Might confuse if you want shortcuts
When I first got access to the software, I was eager to find the tools I needed quickly. The interface was clean and some features, like the database and dialer, were easy to locate and use. However, not everything was smooth sailing. Some options that I expected to be in one place were scattered across different menus, which caused some confusion. The automatic updates kept the interface changing regularly, and while this is usually positive, it sometimes meant my previous workflows had to be adapted. Accessing telephonic support was straightforward, but occasionally the wait times felt a bit long. This software would suit someone new to remote workflows who wants to learn step by step and doesn’t mind spending a little time exploring. For more advanced users who want fast shortcuts and immediate results, this might not be the ideal choice due to its complexity in navigation. The onboarding training covered most areas well, but some sections were less detailed, requiring self-exploration. Overall, it has strengths and weaknesses balanced out, giving an average experience that depends on individual needs and expectations.
