Good for beginners, less so if you're experienced
I found the training met some of my expectations but fell short in other areas. The onboarding covered the basic tasks clearly and the dialer tool setup was straightforward, which I appreciated. However, it didn’t dive deep into advanced features I had hoped to learn, so it felt a bit limited for someone like me who already knew the basics. The database integration was fine but not as flexible as I expected, and automatic updates sometimes felt disruptive during use. The invoicing and payment process was clear and hassle-free, which was a plus. I think this software suits beginners or those not needing detailed customization, but if you want advanced training or features, it might be frustrating. Overall, a decent introduction but not everything I had hoped for.
