WFHI review

Good for beginners, but not for those used to advanced trainings

Good for beginners, but not for those used to advanced trainings

My experience with the WFHI training and onboarding was somewhat mixed. Compared to other training platforms I have used before, these sessions were definitely more basic and lacked some of the depth I was accustomed to. The onboarding flow was easy to follow, which is great for complete beginners or those unfamiliar with remote workflow software. However, for someone like me who has prior experience, the pace felt a bit slow and there were many aspects that I found repetitive. What I appreciated was that the trainers were patient and willing to address questions, which helped smooth out some of my initial reservations. The sign-up process and invoicing were clear and without any complications, their automatic update system also kept the software current without any interruption. However, I would advise that if you are someone who already has a firm understanding of remote working software, this might not fully meet your expectations for advanced training. Overall, I think the WFHI onboarding would suit newcomers very well, but experienced users might find it less challenging or less engaging. The database tool and calling features were well demonstrated, but a little more depth in the training might make it more useful for all users.
