good for beginners but not for pros
I found the onboarding steps to be pretty reasonable mostly. The sequence felt logical, starting with basic software setup and then moving on to training on using the dialer and database. However, I think the pacing could have been a bit more gradual for someone new to remote workflows. Overall, it’s a good fit if you’re willing to spend a bit of extra time on initial learning. I don’t think it’s ideal for people who want to jump straight into advanced features because some early steps felt rushed, and that left me wishing for more detailed explanations before moving on. Still, it got me set up, and I feel confident now.
