Good flow overall, but one step felt a bit confusing
I found the billing and payment process mostly logical and pretty straightforward. The sequence of steps made sense as I signed up and moved on to invoice generation. The system automatically emailed the invoice after payment, which was handy. However, the payment confirmation step was a little unclear at first. It took me a bit to figure out whether the payment had been processed successfully since the notification was subtle. Telephonic support was helpful when I called to verify, and that eased my worry. Automatic updates to the billing interface are a nice touch too, making the platform easier to use over time. I also appreciated that the invoicing feature integrates well with the ongoing billing records, so tracking payments felt simple. Overall, the order of steps in the payment flow worked, but that one part where confirmation could be clearer left me wondering for a short time. I'd still recommend it but suggest maybe improving that notification aspect so new users don’t have to hesitate.
