Good flexible hours but onboarding was a bit restrictive
When I initially looked at WFHI software, I liked how it promised flexibility around the hours I actually work remotely. The call dialer and database management felt fairly adaptable to different schedules, which is great because I often switch times. However, the onboarding and training seemed designed more for a fixed daily workflow with set session lengths, which didn’t quite fit my varied routine. For example, some training modules expected me to complete tasks in uninterrupted blocks that don’t always happen for me. So, while the software tools themselves adapt well and updates didn’t interfere with my workflow, the setup process could be more accommodating to irregular work hours. It’s a trade-off: the platform supports flexible working but asks for a more rigid initial engagement. This contradiction means I ended up feeling okay about the tools but a bit boxed in by the pre-purchase prep phase.
