Good fit in timing, but missing clearer pre-purchase info
When I was deciding whether to go with the WFHI software, I liked that the working hours fit pretty well with my actual schedule. The dialer and calling features allowed me to set up workflows around my personal time without much hassle. However, the sales and pre-purchase information didn’t quite prepare me for some of the nuances around database management and automatic updates. I did find myself needing to adjust my expectations, especially since some unexpected aspects came up during onboarding that weren’t clearly covered upfront. That said, the sign-up and invoicing process was smooth enough and the billing explanations were decent, which helped overall. The balance between what was promised pre-purchase and what I actually used was mixed—good on timing convenience but missing more detailed insight into the software’s day-to-day use complexities. If they had better communications about that before purchase, it would be a more balanced experience for people like me.
