Good fit for those wanting self-paced onboarding

I’ll admit I was a bit nervous signing up because I wasn’t sure if I’d get stuck and have to call support often. The training modules are quite well laid out, actually. I found that most of the time I didn’t need to repeatedly ask for help, which was a pleasant surprise. However, there were a couple of things that weren’t immediately obvious, so I’m guessing I might want to refresh my knowledge next time or maybe get in touch with their team again. So for someone who appreciates working independently but wants occasional backup, this seems well-suited. Those expecting handholding every step might find it a little less straightforward. Overall, pretty happy with how clearly the training leads you through the setup.
