WFHI review

Good fit for some, not for others depending on info needed

I spent quite a bit of time browsing the WFHI selection before signing up, and it was a mixed bag. Finding detailed info wasn't always straightforward at first. The website had basic overviews of the software and training, and I liked that invoicing and payment info was clear right away. But when I needed specifics about the dialer features or how the database works in practice, I had to dig through several pages or await telephonic support calls to clarify. The sign-up process itself was fairly straightforward, but the lack of in-depth descriptions initially made me hesitate. For someone who prefers quick access to detailed info before committing, this might not be ideal. However, if you’re comfortable reaching out to support and ask questions directly, the team is helpful and provides good guidance. I think this product suits those willing to engage a bit actively and who like a guided onboarding experience rather than relying just on self-serve materials. If you're looking for tons of upfront data or very transparent feature lists in one place, you might find it less convenient. Overall, I’d say it’s fine if you value interaction and don’t mind piecing together some details along the way.
