Good features, poor step sequence

I had hoped the sign-up to onboarding flow would be straightforward, but the order of steps was confusing and illogical for my needs. While the features like the database and calling tool seemed useful, I found their setup instructions jumbled and counterintuitive, which made the initial experience frustrating. It felt like certain important steps could have been switched around to make the whole process smoother and less time-consuming, but that basic sequence was clearly not well thought out. Although the software has potential, this misalignment in ordered steps greatly impacted how easily I could start using it effectively. The mixed order just held me back regularly.
