Good features but too much waiting and repetition involved
Accessing the software and using the dashboard for routine tasks was generally smooth and reliable, which is a big plus. However, I found certain repetitive steps in setting up calling campaigns and entering data into the database rather tedious. Sometimes, automatic updates caused short delays that required waiting before resuming work, which was mildly disruptive. Telephonic support was helpful, but at times I had to wait longer than expected for detailed guidance when encountering problems during these repetitive tasks. Signing up and payment were without complications, which helped start off on a positive note. Overall, while the software provides good functionality, the frequency of waiting and duplicated efforts in some processes held back a fully efficient workflow for me.
