Good features, but timing mismatch made it tough
I found the WFHI software fairly well-designed in terms of the calling tools and database management, which suited the kind of remote workflows I wanted to organize. The sign-up and payment processes were straightforward, and the automatic updates did not interfere with my sessions. However, the major drawback for me was that the access hours of the platform didn’t mesh well with my actual working hours. Often when I wanted to log in and use the dialer or check the database, the system would be unavailable or slow, which really frustrated me. I kept wondering if I was missing some step or if the problem was on my side because the user interface was otherwise quite intuitive. Support was available but only during certain hours, so sometimes my calls went unanswered or I had to wait a day for a response. I was hopeful that with time I'd get used to it, but honestly the mismatch between access times and my work patterns made it difficult to rely on the software effectively. So while many features felt good, the timing issue held me back and created significant challenges.
