Good features but labels could use some clarity for better use

The software itself performed well enough for my daily tasks, especially the database integration which fit cleanly into my workflow. I appreciated how calling tools and the dialer functioned smoothly during work periods. However, some labels and menu items seemed ambiguous or overly technical, which caused occasional confusion whenever I tried to configure new settings. It worked well overall, but the unclear wording sometimes slowed me down, especially when I was trying to find specific features without consulting support. So the software gets the job done but would be even better with more intuitive labeling for folks wanting to dive right in without much trial and error.
