Good features, bad experience — lacked confidence
I liked some of the software features when I first explored them, like the database and calling tools, but my overall experience left me quite frustrated and confused. The access process wasn’t smooth; I wasn’t confident if my login details had saved properly or if I was using the dialer correctly. The interface claimed to be user-friendly but felt clunky and unintuitive during actual use. Despite trying the onboarding training, I still wasn’t sure if I had set everything up right. I encountered a few unexpected errors and delays, which made me anxious about relying on the platform. The automatic updates didn’t seem to improve stability either, sometimes they made things a bit more complicated. Support was available but it took time to get through, and even then it felt like I didn’t fully understand the answers. So while there are some good ideas in the product, by the end of my trial I honestly did not feel confident about continuing or trusting it for important tasks. It was a mix of promise and disappointment on my part.
