Good features and annoying wait times both showed up
At first, the software felt promising because its database feature allowed me to organize contacts neatly, which was helpful. However, I also faced repeated waiting periods during calls made with the dialer, which disrupted my workflow a few times. The automatic updates brought some improvements but occasionally caused temporary access delays, which was confusing. Logging in took longer than expected, sometimes requiring me to repeat the process twice before gaining access. On the positive side, telephonic support was polite and tried to assist promptly, though the timing to get through was occasionally slow. Invoicing was straightforward and clear, which I appreciated after the initial setup fumbling. Overall, I'm unsure if the productivity gained balances out the moments I wasted due to repetition and waiting, but the software has fundamentals that I can grow used to with time. I think patience might be key here because it’s not fully smooth yet, though the potential to handle remote workflows exists if these kinks get ironed out.
