Good explanations but missing some examples

I found the software explanations quite good overall—they were simple and easy enough to follow most of the time. That said, I sometimes felt they could have included more examples or use cases to make the process clearer, especially about using the dialer and managing the database. I ended up circling back to earlier steps a few times because some of the instructions weren’t entirely straightforward, which is a bit annoying if you want to move quickly. Also, the onboarding training touched on all features but didn't always connect them in a way that made the entire workflow clear right off the bat. Despite that, I’m comfortable using the system now, just wished the learning materials were a little more comprehensive to avoid confusion.
