Good explanation but long wait and lots of follow-ups
I was initially quite enthusiastic about trying out this software since it promised a lot for managing remote workflows effectively. The sales team was polite and explained many features well. However, what I found frustrating was the amount of repetition involved during the signup and pre-purchase discussions. Each time I reached out with a query, I had to explain myself almost from scratch, which wasted a lot of time and was quite tiring. Moreover, I spent long waits on calls before anyone could address my concerns properly. The invoicing process was straightforward, which I appreciated. Overall, while I did get a good overview of the product's capabilities and the sales team’s patience was a plus, the delays and repetitive nature of communication made the experience less smooth than expected. I wanted to proceed faster but sadly had to slow down many times because of these issues.
