Good experience overall, I’d consider it again with some tweaks
Comparing this software and access with what I used before, I have to say you have done a good job enhancing usability and integrating features like the dialer and database in one place. The smoothness of automatic updates was a nice touch compared to earlier platforms that had clunky patches. However, I did notice some features lacked the quick responsiveness I was used to, especially when switching between modules, which could be a bit frustrating during busy days. You provided solid telephonic support that helped me get through initial hurdles, so that was really valuable. Overall, I would say yes, I’d do it again, keeping in mind that a bit more polish in responsiveness would help elevate the experience closer to perfection.
