Good enough to rely on but could be smoother sometimes
By the end of the trial period, I definitely felt much more confident using the software than when I started. The workflow integration and database features made daily tasks easier, and I managed to grasp the majority of the functions without external help. On the downside, there were occasions where the dialer lagged or the interface froze for a few seconds which disrupted the smooth flow I wanted. While these momentary technical issues didn’t prevent me from completing my work, they did make me a bit cautious about fully depending on it for time-sensitive tasks. The support team was reasonably helpful and quick to respond but I prefer software that operates smoothly without frequent glitches. Overall, I consider the platform reliable enough for consistent use, but I hope the occasional slowdowns will be ironed out soon to boost confidence to a higher level.
