Good enough for organised users, but not for everyone
Looking back, I found the support and communication from WFHI to be generally clear, especially once I got into a routine with the software. They explained the usage of calling tools and the database feature well, though sometimes the explanations felt a bit rushed if you’re not the kind who asks many questions. The telephonic support was decent and usually solved my queries, but it might not suit someone who needs very hand-holding or step-by-step walkthroughs. The invoicing and payment side was straightforward, though. In my opinion, the platform would be best for users who have some technical comfort or who don’t mind figuring out parts on their own. It might frustrate someone wanting everything clearly spelled out with every tiny step explained thoroughly. So while I recommend it for organised and somewhat independent users, I wouldn’t suggest it if you expect very intensive customer handholding during the whole process.
