Good details, but the learning curve was all on me
I expected more guided help before signing up, but I had to figure out most of the steps on my own, which was frustrating. The sales information was detailed, but that didn’t help much because the complex parts around the software’s capabilities weren't clearly explained. On the good side, the website was pretty thorough about billing and payment processes which helped reduce confusion there. Still, the upfront learning curve was steep without much pre-purchase support, so I felt I was doing a lot of guesswork. The positives don't really offset the frustration of having to navigate everything solo. So while there were good elements, the lack of ready help made the overall experience taxing for me.
