Good communication, but it took some effort to understand steps
I found the support and communication to be generally positive throughout the onboarding process. They clearly explained most of the steps, which helped me to systematically move forward. However, some aspects didn't seem to follow the best possible order, which led to a bit of confusion initially. I appreciated how responsive the team was, promptly answering my queries and clarifying doubts. Despite this, I felt like I had to put in extra effort to piece together the complete picture on my own. Once I got beyond the early stages, the rest of the process became more intuitive and manageable. The overall impression is that the support is solid, but the flow of information could be better structured to prevent unnecessary back-and-forth. Still, I would consider continuing with their services given the helpfulness shown by the team and the clarity in communication.
