Good: clear invoice; Bad: confusing step order
My experience with the billing and payments was a bit frustrating, mainly because the order of steps didn’t feel intuitive. For example, I had to create my invoice before I could even complete my profile details, which seemed backwards and slowed everything down unnecessarily. On the plus side, once the invoice was generated, it was very clear and detailed, which I appreciated because it left no questions about what charges were due. The payment process after that was fine, working as expected without glitches, and I liked that multiple payment options were available. But the whole journey leading up to payment felt like it skipped around between different pages and requirements, so I often had to go back and forth to get everything in place. The automatic updates after completing payment ensured that all records were kept current, so I won’t fault that part. Telephonic support was reachable but did not offer much guidance about the sequence of steps, so I relied mostly on trial and error. Overall, I felt the experience had a few bright moments but was marred by a confusing flow that could easily be improved by better planning in the onboarding and billing setup stages.
