Good clarity but confusing bits at times
The sales and pre-purchase explanation gave me a fairly detailed picture of what to expect, which was helpful to set initial expectations. On the positive side, the staff were patient and answered all my questions about how the dialer and database worked. However, despite the effort to clarify, I found some parts vague, especially the invoicing and payment process which felt a bit tangled and not as straightforward as promised. They did explain the automatic updates in detail, which I appreciated, but the whole pre-purchase process still left me slightly unsure about certain features. Overall, the clear communication was balanced by some confusing information, making it hard to feel fully confident before committing to the purchase. So while some aspects were good, the mixed clarity held me back from a better overall impression.
