Good clarity but better suited for experienced users
From my initial interaction with the WFHI software, I found the explanations quite clear. The guidance during onboarding was straightforward enough to help me understand the basic workflow setup, especially how the dialer and database features integrate. However, I think beginners who have never worked with remote workflow software might find some steps a bit fast or assume prior knowledge that I didn't have. For those with some experience, the training and software interface minimize confusion quite well, which I appreciated. Automatic updates were communicated clearly and didn’t disrupt my setup. Overall, the process is designed well but I'd say it suits someone ready to engage with these tools at a moderate level rather than complete novices. If you want a hands-on introduction and brief explanations, this is good, but don’t expect a gentle beginner’s course. For me, the balance of clarity and complexity was right, though I imagine others might feel differently depending on their background.
