WFHI review

good but missing some handy stuff

good but missing some handy stuff

So I got this software from wfhi and started using it regularly. Day two, the call dialer was mostly good but it lacked some easy shortcuts I was hoping for which made things just a bit slower. The database feature is nice, but it could have some better user filters to make searching simpler day by day. Training helped a little but wasn’t super detailed so I still had to figure out some steps myself. Updates from them showed up automatically which was nice because I don’t like handling that stuff, although there were a few bugs that popped up later. Support calls during the week were mostly fine, but sometimes I waited longer than expected which made me a bit frustrated but nothing too serious. Overall, it feels like a solid product but could be more polished since day-to-day use showed where some small touches are missing for really smooth workflow. Sign up and payment were pretty straightforward so that part was hassle free which I appreciated, but I did miss more guidance on using certain features effectively after buying. So yeah, the basics are strong but could definitely improve in details.
