Good, but missing clarity on setup costs

When I signed up for WFHI’s services, I expected a clear breakdown between one-off setup charges and recurring payments. The initial invoicing was straightforward, but I felt some confusion afterward. I wasn’t quite sure how much of what I was paying monthly was due to ongoing services versus initial setup remnants. Setting up the database and dialer seemed like tasks that might be one-time, but the billing suggested otherwise. Comparing this with other software I’ve used, usually the split is pretty transparent from the start. Here, the invoices listed fees but lacked explicit details differentiating setup from maintenance. The sign-up and payment process itself was smooth enough, but I would have appreciated a clearer explanation or maybe a better guide during onboarding. It seemed like I had to guess where setup charges ended and ongoing costs began. This left me wondering if the monthly billing was accurately reflecting the services I was actually using. It wasn’t bad, just a bit vague. I think if future updates improved this clarity, it would make planning budgets easier for users like me.
