Good billing system but something missing
The invoicing process is clear and straightforward, with the payment system working smoothly. I appreciate that the sign-up went without any major hiccups and that the system automatically generates invoices, which saves time. On the other hand, I found that the billing notifications could be more frequent or better highlighted, as I almost missed one reminder. While customer support was helpful when I reached out for clarification, it might be better if the system had more proactive alerts to avoid needing assistance as often next time. So, overall, it’s good but could be more proactive in some areas.
