Good attempt but labels really confused me
I tried to sign up and use your software but honestly, the wording on your pages made no sense to me. You say "Activate your profile" But then the button says "Enable account," Which left me wondering if I was doing the same thing twice or missing steps. The labels in the dashboard, like 'workflow status' and 'project progress,' seemed pretty ambiguous and I had to guess what they meant for several features. On top of that, your pre-purchase explanations promised a seamless setup but I ended up stuck for hours trying to figure out what various terms referred to. I'm frustrated because your marketing made things sound simpler than they actually are, yet the reality is confusing and unclear. It feels like you didn't consider how first-time users would perceive your interface or the terminology you used. Overall, I expected a smoother, friendlier onboarding experience but instead I was lost with all the unclear labels, which stopped me from moving forward. You need to rethink your wording so it’s more intuitive and consistent across all stages, because right now I just can’t make it work.
