Good attempt but confusing labels and unclear info

Good attempt but confusing labels and unclear info

The sales experience was honestly frustrating for me. While the website looked professional, the wording used in the product descriptions and labels was confusing. For example, during one of the pre-purchase steps, the option labeled as “Full Access” was unclear — I wasn’t sure if this related to the software features or training sessions. No detailed explanation was given, which felt misleading. The payment plans were not clearly differentiated either, so I could not tell which plan offered which combination of services. Beyond that one confusing moment, I didn't receive much help to clarify things; there were no easy-to-find FAQs or user guides that matched the sales terminology. Trying to get clarifications over the phone was tedious. The sign-up process lacked straightforward instructions or clear steps for new users, which impacted my confidence in purchasing. On the positive side, the website had an organized layout and the software dashboard I saw in demos looked functional. Unfortunately, the unclear language around products and sales meant I had to give up considering it, despite some good software features.
