Good attempt at clear labels, but sometimes the words confused me

I really liked how the interface tried to keep things simple with clear titles and buttons. The onboarding flow had well-labeled steps, and the training provided context for most terms used in the software. However, I found certain labels in the calling tools and database sections a bit ambiguous. For example, the word 'Queue' made me hesitate about whether it meant my call list or a waiting line on the dialer. Similarly, the usage of 'Session' in a few places was unclear if it referred to a training module or an active call. The invoicing and payment terms were mostly understandable, though here too a few words felt technical for someone not deeply familiar with such software. Support was helpful when I called, but I felt the system could benefit from less jargon and more plain language to match the users’ level. The contrast between the good layout and occasional confusing wording made my experience a bit up and down. Despite these annoyances, I was still able to use the features I needed without too much trouble by guessing some terms or asking support.
