Good and not-so-good sides in the sales process
Before I signed up for WFHI's software and training, I read through their online materials and brochures to understand what to expect. The initial inquiry and sign-up process was smooth and well-organized, which was a positive start. During the sales call, they explained how their dialer and database features could help me, and the demo matched most of what I had hoped for. When it came to payment and invoicing, everything was straightforward, but I did find the invoicing email a little unclear about some tax details, which made me double-check. As for pre-purchase support, responses via telephonic support were mostly quick and polite, though I had to follow up once for clarification. The pre-sale training information helped me prepare for onboarding, but I wished there had been more visibility beforehand on the exact modules included. Overall, the sales journey was organized and positive, although a bit more clarity in invoicing and training info would have improved my confidence slightly. I appreciated that the software updates are automatic, reducing hassle after purchase, which was promised early on but nice to confirm.
