Good and bad sides of training were clear
When I first signed up for the training and onboarding from WFHI, I expected a straightforward process with clear guidance. The training modules covered the remote workflow tools in a way that was mostly helpful; the step-by-step videos were fairly detailed and easy to follow. However, I found some parts of the onboarding a bit confusing, especially when linking the dialer tools to the database feature. That step took longer than I anticipated and sometimes instructions seemed vague. The software updates, while automatic, sometimes reset certain preferences without warning, which was annoying during my early days of use. On the positive side, the telephonic support did assist me patiently during those confusing parts, so I didn't feel stuck for long. Overall, the experience matched my expectations to a degree, but with a few bumps along the way that made me second guess if I fully understood all the features at first. It's okay, but I would want clearer setup steps next time.
