Good and bad sides of setup duration: still undecided
Thinking about the whole setup experience, I’m honestly a bit torn. On the good side, the one-time setup steps were fairly quick and didn’t feel cumbersome. Signing up, inputting initial data, and getting familiar with the software happened faster than I expected, which was a relief. But then came the ongoing side: regular updates and tweaks to the workflow seemed to require repeated small adjustments. Sometimes I wasn’t sure if changes were permanent or if I’d have to redo tasks after updates. This made me feel a bit unsure about whether the process was streamlined for long-term use. I expected a more consistent experience rather than having the onboarding feel like a never-ending sequence of little setups. Maybe with more time I’d get used to this balance between one-off and ongoing work, but right now, I find it neither fully smooth nor completely frustrating — it’s just a mix. It’s like two steps forward, one step back. I’m still on the fence how much effort I should keep investing.
