Good and bad mixed on how easy it was to get info
When I first started with WFHI, I found it reasonably straightforward to locate the basic info about the software and the training options. The website has a decent layout though sometimes, I felt like I was clicking around too much to find a specific feature or understand a certain function like the database management. On the plus side, the automated updates often brought improvements, which was nice because it meant I didn’t have to worry about installing new versions manually. However, some details about invoicing and payment processes were a little vague initially and I had to spend time clarifying through the telephonic support. The support team was decent but not always available right away, which slowed me down a bit. Looking back, the onboarding could have been smoother if more clear instructions were available upfront. So while the software has useful tools and updates, the journey to grasp everything needed some effort. It's a bit of a mix where the convenience balances out the mild confusion. I guess I eventually got the hang of it but some early clarity would have helped a lot.
