good and bad, but mostly bad for me
So I signed up with wfhi hoping their support would help whenever anything went wrong, since they promised telephonic assistance. In the beginning, the onboarding was smooth enough, and the training seemed detailed. But after that, I hit so many issues with the dialer and the database feature not syncing properly. Whenever I called support, it felt like they were not understanding my problem or maybe just not prepared to fix everything quickly. The automatic updates ended up changing some settings without my knowledge, which made everything more confusing. I was hoping the helpdesk would guide me through all that, but calling them felt like a waste of time most times. On one hand, the sign-up and payment process was simple and clear, no problems there. On the other hand, the real-time help I needed whenever the tools failed just wasn’t up to the mark. This left me stuck several times, frustrated that a paid service couldn’t offer better immediate support. So despite some good elements like an easy invoice system and a decent training flow initially, the whole experience was overshadowed by unreliable communication and poor problem solving when things did go wrong.
