Good and Bad Both in Billing over Time
When I first started using the billing and payments system with WFHI, things went pretty smoothly. Setting up my invoice preferences was straightforward, and the payment process generally worked without any hiccups. Over the weeks, automatic updates occasionally adjusted how invoices were generated, which I noticed sometimes caused confusion in matching what I expected versus what was sent. On a few occasions, the monthly statement didn't reflect all the charges I thought it would, so I had to spend time checking the details. Telephonic support helped clarify some of these issues, though waiting times were inconsistent and sometimes frustrating. Overall, while the feature set met my day-to-day needs, the occasional mix-ups meant I couldn't fully rely on it without frequent double-checking. This mix made me rate it average because while many things worked well, the disruptions in billing accuracy and support responsiveness were clear downsides I encountered regularly.
