Good and bad: A mixed experience compared to what I used before
I’ve tried different remote workflow software before, so I wasn’t new to this kind of product. WFHI’s support had some responsiveness which I appreciated and was better than I expected at times. However, overall the communication often lagged behind what I had experienced previously. Certain queries took longer to get addressed, and sometimes I felt like I was repeating myself during telephonic support. The onboarding was okay but not as seamless as earlier platforms I used. The software itself worked fine for most basic tasks, and the database feature was easy enough to navigate. However, the dialer tool sometimes froze or needed constant refreshing, which slowed my workflow. Automatic updates occasionally caused unexpected glitches without clear notifications in advance, which was frustrating. Sign-up and payment processes were straightforward, so I had no issues there. In summary, while the software has some decent features and the support makes an effort, the slower responses and software hiccups made me miss my old system’s reliability. I can’t say it fully convinced me to switch over just yet, but there were moments it seemed promising.
