Getting used to the software required moderate effort compared to my past tools
Compared to other remote workflow software I have used, WFHI's platform was generally easy to access and install, but adapting to its specific features took some effort. The sign-up was straightforward, and it was good to see automatic updates keeping the software current without manual installations. Navigating the database feature for storing and sorting contact information felt intuitive after about a week, though initially, I missed some shortcuts and expected functionalities I had from past tools. The calling tools and dialer interface looked clean, but some interactions felt slightly less responsive compared to what I was used to, which slowed my workflow temporarily. Onboarding and training materials explained most features well, but I needed to spend additional time on certain sections to fully grasp the workflow management aspects. Support was responsive when I needed assistance, though the invitation to wait on the call could have been shorter. Overall, the effort to become fluent in this software was reasonable but not effortless, and I believe the trade-offs are acceptable considering the platform’s steady updates and clear billing setup.
